Not your typical trainer

Confession: I can’t go a day without eating sweets and some days I don’t do anything but chill with my dogs. The 816 Fitness philosophy is a balanced lifestyle. We eat healthy most of the time and we workout most days but there is always room for chocolate chip cookies and pajamas. At 816 Fitness we believe in eating whole, real foods that taste delicious. We sweat through quick, intense workouts that burn fat. We believe in finding new ways to stay active. Switching up workouts, varying meals and having fun is the only way healthy habits become a healthy lifestyle.

You can run 100 miles or do 10,000 squats but that fat won’t fall off and that booty won’t build if you don’t have the right nutrition plan. Let’s talk about what your body needs.

Maybe you have a workout space and a killer playlist but you hit a wall doing the same fitness routine again and again. Myself along with our community will keep you focused and on track to achieve your goals.

Meet your coach

Since high school, I have been on a journey pursing healthy lifestyle options. This journey has prompted me to compete in bodybuilding competitions, crossfit competitions and many more fun and exciting experiences. Our first adventure as a married couple involved moving to Spain to discover new ways to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. Now we want to pass on our balanced life lessons on to you. So, let’s chat!
